BOOK YOUR MIAM​
MIAM stands for Mediation Information Assessment Meeting and is a 1-1 private appointment with a mediator who will give you an opportunity to talk about your situation, and the issues that need to be decided. The mediator will tell you about the mediation process and other options for reaching agreements.
At the end of the meeting, the mediator will tell you whether your case is suitable for mediation.

Private Clients

Private MIAM £138
This is Individual pre-mediation Session. The fee includes all letters and phone calls up to the start of mediation, meeting with the mediator.

Certificates £90
Certificates for applying to court if mediation is not suitable (Form A / C100 / FM1), the certificates are valid for 4 months after your last session.

Mediation Session £252
Joint Session is booked for 90 Minutes - £500 Family Mediation Voucher is available per case, not per individual.

Drafting of Memorandum of Understanding

OFS/Parenting Plan/SoCA £240
Drafting of Open Financial Statement / Parenting Plan / Statement of Child Arrangements
The above fee includes 20% VAT and is per party.
