Rosie began her career with us as an apprentice in 2023, eager to learn and develop her skills. From the start, Rosie demonstrated a strong work ethic and a genuine commitment to developing in her role. Rosie has twice been nominated at The Juniper Apprenticeship awards, making it into the top three, two years running for The Business Apprentice of the year.
Rosie’s hard work and dedication paid off, on completion of her apprenticeship, Rosie was offered full time employment and has developed into a skilled Case Advisor and a valued member of the Disputes Mediation Team.
Well done Rosie for your continued hard work, commitment and positive contributions towards the whole team and organisation!
