At Disputes Mediation, giving back to the community is a core part of who we are. This Christmas, our team has come together to support those who need it most through our annual charity appeal. We are delighted to share that we have donated a wide range of essential food items as well as £150 to The Good Shepherd, a charity whose work makes a huge difference to individuals and families across our region.
The Good Shepherd provides food, practical aid and long-term support to people facing hardship, homelessness and crisis. Their services are a lifeline for many, particularly during the winter months when pressures on households, families and vulnerable individuals are at their highest.
Their impact in the community aligns closely with our own values of compassion, fairness and meaningful support during difficult times.
Our staff were eager to get involved as Christmas can be an incredibly difficult time for families experiencing financial strain and our team wanted to do something practical and heartfelt to help ease that pressure.
Our Practice Manager shared her gratitute for the team’s effort and emphasised the importance of supporting local causes.
“The Good Shepherd does an incredible job of supporting those who are struggling, and we are proud to stand behind them. I am grateful to our team for their generosity and committed to helping others, especially at a time of year when kindness matters the most.”

As we move into the new year, Disputes Mediation remains committed to supporting community initiatives and charities that make a real difference. We will continue to prioritise giving back and ensuring our efforts reflect the values we uphold in our work.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to The Good Shepherd for the incredible work they do and to everyone at Disputes Mediation who contributed to this year’s appeal.
From all of us, we wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
